Kiwi & Yogurt Smoothie

Rutabaga & Carrot Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 kiwi peeled and cubed
  • 2 table spoons lemon juice
  • 2 table spoons yogurt
  • 100 grams of green grapes peeled
  • 2 table spoons honey

Preparation:

Place all the fruit inside a blender, together with the lemon juice, honey and yogurt and blend them till smooth.

Let the smoothie cool for 30 minutes and pour in two cups. Add slices of kiwi and grapes on top of your smoothie.
